Every order we send out is returned with a thank you letter, which lists our toll free number and lets parents know how to contact us if there is a problem, or if they wish to order additional packages.

All customers must be 100% satisfied. Customers have a choice of having their picture re-taken on a re-shoot day or having their money refunded. Any photographs that are damaged will be replaced free of charge.
